ABSTRACT: This study Examined the Impact of Early Childhood Education on Family Cohesion. The objectives of this study were to: (1) evaluate the influence of early childhood education (ECE) on family relationships, (2) assess the role of ECE programs in enhancing parent-child interactions, and (3) determine the long-term benefits of ECE on family cohesion. A survey design was justified for this research due to its ability to collect comprehensive data from a diverse group of educators, parents, and children, providing a broad perspective on the impact of ECE programs on family dynamics. A sample size of 200 participants, including preschool teachers, parents, and children aged 4-6, was selected using purposive sampling. The case study was conducted in early childhood education centers in Anambra State, Nigeria, known for its strong community values and family-oriented programs. Findings revealed that ECE programs significantly enhanced family relationships and parent-child interactions, leading to greater family cohesion. It was recommended that early childhood education centers engage parents in their children's learning and provide resources to support positive family dynamics.
